TYPES OF PLANNED GIFTS

The following types of commitments, confirmed in writing and subject to certain restrictions, qualify you for membership in the Tuolumne Legacy Society:

• a bequest in your will or revocable trust
• naming FOBTC as a beneficiary of a retirement plan such as an IRA, 401(k) or 403(b), donor advised fund, or other managed account
• a gift of life insurance

If you are interested in updating your will, trust or estate plan to include Friends of Berkeley Tuolumne Camp as a beneficiary, please consult your attorney. The following sample paragraph may be helpful:

I bequeath __________ (dollar amount or % of estate) to the Friends of Berkeley Tuolumne Camp., a not-for-profit organization, with address P.O. Box 7931, Berkeley, CA 94707; Tax ID# 94-2976224.
